- Hide and Seek: A script where everyone is incentivized to lie and bluff, including the good team. Double Claims are inevitable with roles like Cerenovus, Pixie and outsiders that don't want to or can't out. This provides great cover for an evil team without bluffs. Even good players without the need to lie might feel the need to cover for a damsel, who can cause a loss if exposed. Even confirmations are to be questioned with a Mezepheles as a possibility. [pdf] / [json]
- Laissez un faire (Teensyville): This script will create long, interesting games with a lot of deception and wild, unusual plays. The game will last a long time for a Teensyille game (as long, or even longer than a normal seven or nine player game) and that will give the players lots of time to put their information together, or decide on the perfect bluff. To balance this, the information available is much more vague than usual. Many of the characters have information that is blurry at first but gets stronger over time. Or, they have abilities that must be used at the right time to be most useful.
This is a game that generates a tonne of discussion due to it’s high information factor, and has high mid-to-late game surprise factor (with Lunatics figuring out who they are, and Balloonists and Savants and Amnesiacs putting things together on day 4 or 5), leading to a deduction-heavy game that comes to an exciting climax on the final day. Every game is incredibly different, due to the high level of creativity required from the Storyteller. [pdf] / [json]
- Lunar Eclipse: was built around the idea to have the Lunatic go the distance, unsure of their character and alignment until the very end. Characters like Marionette and Magician make them unsure of who their allies are, while characters like Lycanthrope and Mayor explain away the deviations from their kill pattern.
Good players will have to sift through piles of direct and indirect (mis)information to figure out who they can trust, sometimes doubting their own alignment, while the evil players might have to first find one other before infiltrating good team's complex confirmation chains. [pdf] / [json]
- No Greater Joy: This script is designed for fast, fun, loud, and easy to understand games. If you want a twenty minute game, or a series of twenty minute games, then No Greater Joy should be just the ticket.
If your group has played Trouble Brewing, the majority of the characters will already be familiar, but there are a few extras from other editions. The players should understand the majority of what is happening, without needing to learn anything radically new.
This information the good team receives is fairly simple, but when combined with that of other players, it may even be TOO good! It is going to be up to the evil team to jump in early and spread misinformation as quickly as possible, in order to confuse the good team. If the evil team stays silent, they may lose unexpectedly. If they talk convincingly though, there are several good characters to pretend to be that will drastically shift the good team’s beliefs about who is who.
Please note that the Baron, which normally adds two Outsiders, will only add one additional Outsider if there is already one Outsider in play, as there are only two Outsiders on the script. [pdf] / [json]

- One In One Out: The winner of the Clocktower Con AUS 2024 Fabled script competition!
Sometimes the evil team is the hippest place in town. but if the venue’s full there’s no way the Storyteller is going to let you in.
One in one out is all about the Spirit of Ivory and how different characters can interact and block each other in their attempted to join the evil team or return to the side of the angels.
The Goon causes problems for both teams, while the Ogre can never be quite sure who they are playing with or even if their best friend is still on their side, and the evil team may have to time triggering a Mez turn or a Fang Gu jump. Meanwhile, the Village Idiot may be the wisest one of all, tracking who is on which side today.
Note: The relatively high ST complexity almost entirely due to the complexities of the setup stage, where the script’s core premise of having both multiple alignment flipping characters and a Spirit of Ivory may catch an inexperienced Storyteller off-guard in which characters they include in the bag. Once a game has started, it’s relatively simple to run. [pdf] / [json]
- Separation of Church and State: The prime minister is dead, and both good and evil factions are ready to pick apart the bones and fill the power vacuum with their colours. The local Mayor is Stormcaught, meaning they are totally safe to stay alive and win the game for their team unless the Reds can stop them somehow, either with poison or other forms of subterfuge.
Key Characters
Mayor: The Mayor is the ultimate tool for the good team, they cannot die at night (unless ruling that Assassin can kill a Storm Caught Mayor, which this script does support) and will require the evil team to come up with some clever bluffs to counteract or use some of their valuable poisoning resources to deal with.
Legion: There's nothing more dangerous than the cold hard hand of bureaucracy - and the players will be forced to be second guessing themselves for most of the early game. Storytellers are encouraged to stoke the flames of Legion paranoia, especially as it's the easiest way for a resourceful evil team to cast doubt on a Mayor claim.
Engineer: In a game with multiple dangerous Minions and different challenges presented by the Demons, the Engineer's unique ability to set up the game is a very crucial decision in the early game. Do you put in an Assassin or Harpy to give evil more firepower at the expense of durability? Do you put in a Widow or Scarlet Woman to dull their offensive capabilities but instead give them extra bluffing capacity? Do you throw in a Mezepheles and hope your teammates don't succumb to darkness? Your existence is the ultimate tool to fighting Legion paranoia, but do you throw it away for unadulterated chaos? The choice is yours.. [pdf] / [json]
